V10 Plus™ Water Base Peeling - My New Favorite Weekly Exfoliation Regimen

Like other women who put on sunblock and makeup everyday, my skin becomes dull and clogged up with those "gunk" on my face. So according to my dermatologist, Dr. Margaret Corcoran, a regular weekly skin renewal or peeling regimen should be part of my routine. But with my busy schedule, I can't go to her clinic as often as I needed. So she recommended V10 Plus™ Water Base Peeling.

The water-based texture is no false claim. Unlike most peeling agents that are harsh and abrasive, the gel feels like jelly and is soothing on the skin. With circular motions of the fingers, the gel transforms into light and watery texture and forms flakes which are the surface dead skin cells.

This is a photo of the V10 Plus™ Water Based Peeling on my left hand after massaging for a few minutes:

The other good thing is it's so gentle that it didn't make my skin break out. And it rinses off easily. I have used it twice already on my face and I feel that my skin feels smoother and more radiant.

My verdict: V10 Plus™ Water Based Peeling is a good "at-home" weekly skin renewal regimen. Highly recommended!

Revlon Photoready Cream Blush in Flush: A Review

I was in SM Aura last weekend and was on the lookout for a cheek tint for our Christmas party and I chanced on the Revlon Photoready Cream Blush. Hmmmm... Maybe it would hold until the wee hours of the morning and I wouldn't need to retouch in the middle of the night? Well, I just had to try it. I did try it the other day during my night out with my girl friends in BGC. It is a strong rouge, I can say that. But the next day, I noticed some red rashes on my cheeks. Yikes! I guess I have an allergy to it. Another makeup item going to the trash bin. Oh well... :(

My verdict: Revlon Photoready Cream Blush is not recommended for sensitive skin.

Physicians Formula Blemish Rx Concealer: My Favorite Emergency Concealer

We all have times when we have some breakouts especially when we're stressed or during our period and I'm no exception. I hate days when I have to take extra time to conceal a pimple. And to make things worse, that at the end of the day, because the pimple gets more clogged because of the concealer so it gets even bigger. Yukk! Good thing my dermatologist introduced to me Physicians Formula Blemish Rx Concealer.

My first impression was the packaging looks so professional and pretty, like I am going to inject my pimple with some stuff. ;) Anyways, it's not just the packaging that I liked, it really does conceal my pimples and at the same time heals them. Plus it's not too thick so I know that it does not clog my pores and worsen pimple. I now have this in my essential beauty kit.

My verdict: Physician's Formula Blemish Rx Concealer is a good concealer which both hides and heals your pimples. Highly recommended!

Free and Clear Liquid Facial Cleanser - Great Cleanser for Sensitive Skin

I have been using Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser for years, but lately I've noticed that it wasn't doing good to my skin; I think that it gave me some pimples and blackheads. So I asked my dermatologist if I need to change my facial cleanser. She gave me Free and Clear Liquid Facial Cleanser.

She said that this cleanser thoroughly cleanses the face without leaving any residues that will lead to clogged pores and acne breakouts. She also said that it's good for very sensitive skin. And she's right. I have combination skin that gets quite oily especially on the T-zone and I have very sensitive skin that gets red when I put something that doesn't agree with my skin. This is the BEST CLEANSER I've ever had.  The others leave my skin tight and feeling so dry, while the others too moisturized that I feel like I haven't cleansed my face at all. This one is perfect. I have been using it for a week and together with the Acne Plus cream of my dermatologist, my skin has greatly improved. No rashes, no pimples, just glowing clear skin. I'm so glad my dermatologist gave me this cleanser.

My verdict: Free and Clear Liquid Facial Cleanser is a great cleanser for sensitive skin and acne-prone skin. Highly recommended!

Studio Fix by Alex Carbonell in Greenbelt 5: My Favorite Salon!

One of my friends told me about Studio Fix by Alex Carbonell in Greenbelt 5 and how she raved about it. So I had to try it myself. I had digipermed hair for more than a year and would like to have my hairstyle revamped. I wasn't interested in hair color, just a good hair cut will do. So last Sunday, I went to Studio Fix.

Here's what I loved about my Studio Fix by Alex Carbonell experience:

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Hermes who is hands down for me one of the best stylists my hair has ever had! He actually listened and followed what I wanted done on my hair, analyzed my hair texture prior to styling it and gave me recommendations. And he wasn't pushy on selling me treatments and hair products. His cut and style were really good. I love how it looked good even without blow drying and styling my hair after it dries after showering.

Iced tea and coffee were complimentary which is a plus. And most of all, I felt like a valued customer, and I'm not even a celebrity!

For PhP 500 for hair cut, I think it's very reasonable.

My verdict: Studio Fix by Alex Carbonell in GB5 is highly recommended!

Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion - A Review

I have basically dry skin on my arms and legs because of my skin asthma and have been using my dermatologist's lotion everyday. But when I was in Cambodia with my friends last week, I forgot my lotion and had to go to the local store to buy one. I saw Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion and since I remembered that my dermatologist mentioned the brand to me before, I thought that it was a good lotion. But I was mistaken. 2 hours after we went out to go around the city to visit temples, I felt so itchy because my skin dried out. I guess my skin really preferred my dermatologist's lotion. I will really have to find a better substitute if ever I forget my usual lotion or when I run out of it and can't visit my dermatologist.

My verdict: Aveeno Daily Moisturizing Lotion is not a good lotion for dry skin or for people with skin asthma.

Revlon Matte Lipstick, Really Red - Truly Glamorous!

I was looking for the perfect red lipstick that I can use for special occasions and I saw the Revlon Matte Lipstick in Really Red hue in SM Department Store last week. Hmmmm... It's truly red in the sense that it doesn't have orange, pink or brown undertones. I tried it on myself and I instantly fell in love with it; I looked quite glamorous. ;)  The only thing that worried me was that it was matte and might dry my lips and may feel flaky after a while, but Revlon Matte was pleasantly creamy. I also love that it stays put and lasts for hours as long as you don't keep on licking your lips. My friends even complimented me on how fab my lips were that night at a party. I really made the right choice!

My verdict: Revlon Matte Lipstick, Really Red is a great red lipstick if you want to look truly glamorous. Highly recommended!

The Body Shop - Lip and Cheek Stain: A Review

I learned about this from my co-worker just last week when I complimented her about how natural her blush-on was. So last Saturday, I went to the nearest Body Shop store and got myself one. And I'm glad I did. The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Stain is very pigmented, just 3 dabs on each cheek, blend with the fingers and done! Gives me a natural rosy "under the sun" cheeks. I also tried it on my lips but it wasn't that great for me, it's a bit too fuchsia to look natural on me. Another plus is that it doesn't irritate my very sensitive skin. I will definitely use this as my everyday cheek tint.

My verdict: A good cheek tint for that healthy rosy glow. Highly recommended!

My Keratosis Pilaris (Chicken Skin) Treatment

I've been a long-time sufferer of keratosis pilaris (KP) or commonly known as "chicken skin." It's quite ugly since it made me very conscious of my arms especially when I wear sleeveless or even short-sleeved tops. I tried all sorts of lotions and creams, but even though the bumps get smaller, they wouldn't go away. Here was a photo of my arm with the KP:

So I asked my dermatologist what treatment I can undergo so the KP will go away. She recommended nanotechnology peel with special components that will be suited for my very sensitive skin and at the same time slough off the excess skin that causes the bumps in my KP.

Like the other nanotechnology peels that I had before, there was no discomfort when I had the peel. There was no itchiness nor embarrassing stage of too much exfoliation days after the peel. I had 4 sessions of the peel every 2 weeks. My dermatologist also gave me Skin Perfecting Lotion as take home medicine. A week after the 4th session, this is a photo of my arm:

My dermatologist advised that to prevent recurrence of the keratosis pilaris, I should maintain on moisturizing soap, colloidal moisturizing lotion and Platinum SF700 capsules (my current glutathione capsules), and try to drink at least 8 glasses of water and refrain from drinking alcohol (since alcohol dries the skin which can worsen skin asthma and KP). I'm faithfully following her instructions and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that my arms will continue to be this smooth.

My verdict: Nanotechnology peel is an effective treatment for keratosis pilaris. Highly recommended!

MAC Brown Script Eye Shadow - Smokey Eyes Essential

I always loved makeup and experimenting on them on myself. So I browse YouTube on some makeup techniques and I came across Jaclyn Hill and her makeup videos. She mentioned about using MAC Brown Script for smokey eyes effect. So I got one when I went to the MAC store in Makati last Friday and tried it on myself over the weekend. It blends so easy. I paired it with blue and light grey shadow and accented it further with mascara and hazel contact lenses. When my significant-other saw it, he said that it was like I would be going on a photoshoot since it was so pretty. Success! :D

My verdict: MAC Brown Script Eye Shadow is a must have for your eye shadow collection especially for the smokey eyes effect. Highly recommended!

Xeragel Ointment - A Review

I have some friends who asked me about a good scar ointment for keloids and those ugly raised scars. I had a keloid on my arm before and was quite disfiguring. This is a photo of my scar:

I know, it's quite ugly. I wanted a quick fix, but my dermatologist said that there's none. She recommended Xeragel ointment. I didn't like the idea of applying an ointment everyday, but I didn't have a choice.

Well, after around 2 months of applying Xeragel ointment, my scar started to get smaller. This is a photo of my keloid after 8 months.

My mom said that the Xeragel ointment worked fast. She said that her surgical scar on her tummy is still ugly and raised and it's been 3 years after her surgery! I guess I got the bad scar genes from her. Oh well... Xeragel ointment is really effective. I just needed the motivation to apply it everyday. But it's all worth the effort. Now, I'm having treatments to even out the color of my arm.

My verdict: Xeragel ointment is an effective medicine for keloids and raised scars. Highly recommended!

Tresemme Smooth and Silky Shampoo and Conditioner - My New Favorite Hair Product Combo!

Because of several digiperms and hair dyeing, and my hair was telling me that it needs to have some kind of rejuvenating treatment. I don't have much time for salon treatments, so I did some trial and error; I tried several brands, Dove, Pantene, etc. but only Tresemme Smooth and Silky Shampoo and Conditioner really revived my hair, made it shiny and healthy-looking. Plus it didn't give me flaky scalp. I have very sensitive skin and scalp and the wrong hair products give me dandruff. My friends even asked me if I had a hot oil or any hair spa treatment. I told them, no, I just used Tresemme Smooth and Silk Shampoo and Conditioner!

My verdict: Tresemme Smooth and Silky Shampoo and Conditioner is a great everyday hair product combo especially for dry and damaged hair. Highly recommended!

Nanotechnology Peel - My Favorite Scar Treatment

I had some really bad mosquito bite scars after hiking in Mt. Pulog last January. I tried some lightening creams that I had in my medicine cabinet, but they're not working as fast as I wanted them to. Check out my ugly leg.

So I went to my dermatologist to have a peel that will be a faster way to get rid of the ugly scars. She knows how sensitive I am so she said, the only peel that I can have is Hypopeel, which is a type of Nanotechnology peel. She also gave me some new medicines - Swiss Arbutin serum and Skin Perfecting Lotion, as my home treatment. I had 3 sessions of the Hypopeel and I admit I am really happy with the results. Plus during the peeling sessions, I didn't feel any itchiness or burning sensation, since as what my dermatologist said, it's completely safe and the ingredients of the peel don't stay on the skin (which is what causes the discomfort like burning and itching) but rather they get in your pores right away because of the particle size of the peel. Plus in between my peeling treatments, I didn't see any obvious peeling, just a little dry skin that was improved with the lotion and serum that my dermatologist gave me.

Check out my leg now:

My verdict: Nanotechnology peel is a very safe and effective way to get rid of dark scars, especially for  those with very sensitive skin. Highly recommended!

My Singapore Aqua Peel Experience

I was with my significant other last week in Singapore going around shopping and sight seeing. I felt that my skin was suffering from all the sun and heat, so I told him that I should have some kind of skin treatment. I went to Skinlab since it's just almost right across our hotel and inquired about the treatments available.  The receptionist asked me if I have sensitive skin and what are my goals for the treatment. I told her that I do have sensitive skin and have skin asthma and I would like to have some kind of skin rejuvenation since I feel that my skin was dull and tired. She suggested that I have Aqual Peel. I haven't heard of Aqua Peel treatment yet, so I was curious to try it out. Here are photos of the Aqua Peel machine and its tip:

It's definitely different from the Diamond peel or Power Crystal peel that I've had before. My aesthetician, Sandy told me that the spirals in the Aqua Peel tip are designed to remove sebum and exfoliate the skin and infuse vitamins and anti-oxidants evenly into the skin. The procedure took around an hour to get done. After the treatment, I felt like my skin was totally clean, hydrated and renewed. My nose definitely was completely rid of the blackhead and whiteheads that I had before the treatment. It was not as uncomfortable as Diamond peel and Power Crystal peel because it was not a "dry" exfoliation treatment. Plus I noticed that the blotches that I got from going around Singapore lightened up. Maybe a few more Aqua Peel treatments will get rid of them.

Now, I have to look for the same kind of treatment in the Philippines. Hmmmm.. Maybe I can tell my dermatologist if she can get hold of the same machine. LOL!

My verdict: Aqua Peel is a great exfoliating/ skin renewing treatment especially for sensitive skin with blotchiness, uneven skin tone and/or blackheads/whiteheads. Highly recommended!

Update: I told my dermatologist about my Aquapeel experience and she was so interested in it that she's going to offer it in her clinic! Now I can have the Aquapeel here in the Philippines! Yay! :)

Latest Update: My dermatologist now offers the Aqua Peel in her clinic! And it's on a 1,000 Pesos discount! Just tried it last weekend and I was soooo happy! :)

Dolce & Gabbana The One Desire - My New Favorite Special Occasion Scent

I got a Dolce & Gabbana The One Desire perfume as a surprise anniversary gift from my significant other last week. One whiff of this perfume and I was hooked! I was not a fan of the original The One since it was too powdery and quite banal for my taste. This fragrance hits the nail with the hint of sweet fruitiness it adds. It has a little bit of caramel, lily, jasmine, sandalwood and lychee... Very feminine, elegant, but not overpowering. I used it during my friend's birthday party the other night and I got so many compliments on it. My significant other has quite good taste, thumbs up for his choice! :) I will definitely buy another bottle once I run out of this.

My verdict: Dolce & Gabbana The One Desire is a great perfume for date nights and other special occasions. Highly recommended!

My Pretty Skin Secret - IPL Photofacial

Let me tell you that I haven't had really great skin before. I had acne when I was a teenager and even now, I get some breakouts every now and then. My dermatologist told me that since I have open-pored skin, I have to be really careful about my lifestyle and the skin products that I use. I have facials every month and nanotechnology peel every now and then, but since my skin had cleared of the acne, the "broken capillaries" on my face became more obvious. Here's a photo before I had my IPL photofacial:

They're quite unsightly especially when I get out of the shower and look at my face in the mirror. Or maybe I'm just vain. LOL! So I told my dermatologist about it and she recommended IPL photofacial. I had 2 sessions so far and this is my new facial skin:

But there is a downside. It's not really painless. There's pain, like pricking, sharp pain during the procedure. My dermatologist applies anesthetic cream before the procedure since I have low pain tolerance, but I could still feel a little pain. But I think the pain is all worth it. Like what they say, "No pain, no gain." ;) Now when I look at myself in the mirror without makeup on, I don't see those ugly "worm-like" red spots. Plus my dark spots have faded away. No broken capillaries, no dark spots, no uneven skin tone. I like it! I feel more confident without makeup on. I actually go out at times with just my sunblock, mascara and a little powder and I'm good to go. :)

My verdict: IPL photofacial is a good treatment for broken capillaries, dark spots and uneven skin tone. Highly recommended!

Smashbox Eye Beam Double-Ended Brightener - Eye-Popping Great Find!

I have Asian eyes and sometimes when I lack sleep the previous night, my eyes look smaller and uglier than they actually are. LOL! So I do need something to make my eyes look bigger and brighter. Plus it should be easy to use since in the morning, I'm always in a rush to go to work. I stopped by Beauty Bar last weekend and saw this Smashbox eye brightener, thought about it for a few minutes then bought it. I experimented at home and it was really a great find. This pencil does the trick!

Both ends of this pencil are very useful. At first I applied the "inner rim" end to my water line. My eyes looked a bit brighter. Then when I used the "highlighting" end underneath the arch of my brow and inner corners of my eyes, my eyes popped! This opened my eyes right up and gave them a really perky look! I also lined just a little bit underneath my bottom lashes from the inner corners of my eyes. The 2 ends of this pencil work together to brighten up the eyes. The look is so soft and luminous. The application in smooth and creamy and it really makes your eyes look pretty!

My verdict: Smashbox Eye Beam Double-Ended Brightener is a great tool to make your eyes prettier. Highly recommended!

My Dark Eye Circles & Eyebag Treatment

My dark eye circles and eyebags have bothered me since I was a teenager. I considered having blepharoplasty to get rid of them, but everytime I thought about the complications and downtime, I would always chicken out and not pursue the thought of undergoing the procedure anymore.

Here's a photo of my eye before:

So one time, while I was in my dermatologist's clinic for my monthly checkup, I asked her about it. She suggested Nanotechnology peel for my dark eye circles and Restylane (a type of filler) for my eyebags. I wanted to have both, but when she told me that I would have bruising under my eyes after the Restylane treatment, I backed out. So I chose the Nanotechnology peel and Eyelastin cream as take home eye treatment.

After 4 sessions of the nanotechnology peel and 2 months of using Eyelastin cream, here's a photo of my eye:

There's still a little eyebag, but not as obvious. I think it's because the darkening has significantly lessened and the Eyelastin helped with the puffiness of my eyes. I don't look like "death run over." LOL! Now, I don't need concealers to hide my dark eye circles and eyebags.

My verdict: Nanotechnology peel is great for dark eye circles. Eyelastin is a good alternative to Restylane for eyebags. Both are highly recommended!

Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Hibiscus - My New Favorite Lip Balm

I've tried the regular untinted Burt's Bees lip balm before and I liked all of them. So when I saw that Beauty Bar had their tinted lip balm version, I bought one to try. Good thing I did. It glides smoothly and easily on my lips. The Hibiscus color which translates as a beautiful coral on my lips is just right for my Asian skin tone. Plus it does give my lips enough moisture without feeling too heavy. I have very sensitive skin, including my lips and heavy lip balms give me chapped lips afterwards. It has a sweet scent as well which reminds me of candy. Most of all, I know that it's a safe product since all Burt's Bees products are totally green and organic. I will definitely buy another one once my current stick gets consumed.

My verdict: Burt's Bees Tinted Lip Balm in Hibiscus is a good tinted lip balm especially for people with sensitve skin and want more than the usual lip balms. Highly recommended!

My Driclor Substitute - CorDerm Alchlor 20% Solution

I have had really bad sweating problems on my hands and feet and a little on my underarms. I took it from my dad, well, I got the bad genes in that regard. Oh well... I've been using Driclor for years now, but lately, it's been more and more difficult to buy one in all the drugstores in the city. So I went to my dermatologist and asked for a substitute. She said that she has one - CorDerm Alchlor 20% solution. She said that it has the same component at Driclor, the only difference is that it's not a roll-on but like a toner wherein you use a cotton to apply it to your sweaty problem areas. I tried it that same night and it was really as effective as Driclor! And at a fraction of its price. Now, I don't have to keep on checking in local drugstores to see if Driclor is already available. I will just go to my dermatologist's clinic or call up her office and order CorDerm Alchlor. Plus, I don't have to use it everyday after 2 weeks of use. My dermatologist said that after 2 weeks, I can taper the use to every other day, then after around a month, decrease it further to 2x a week. So it saves me money to buy the CorDerm Alchlor. Really great deal! :)

My verdict: CorDerm Alchlor 20% solution is a good substitute to Driclor. Very effective and cheaper. Highly recommended!

Gatsby Powdered Oil Clear Paper - My Emergency Oily Skin Remedy

I was in the mall last weekend and forgot to bring my face powder. Oh no! It was so embarrassing to be walking around being seen with my oily face, but I didn't want to shell out a lot of money to get a face powder which I won't be using afterwards (since I grew to really love my Neutrogena face powder). So I went to Watsons and found Gatsby Powdered Oil Clear Paper. I thought, for its price it's worth a try. And I'm so glad that I bought it. It really absorbed the oil on my face and the matte finish lasted for hours. I can't believe that just a thin paper can do wonders! Now, I can go out and not bring my face powder and just bring this handy oily clear paper. I can even place it in my wallet since it's not so bulky.

My verdict: Gatsby Powdered Oil Clear Paper really takes out the oil on your face and has a long lasting matte effect. Very handy and useful. Highly recommended!

CorDerm Vitamin Nourishing Serum with Vitamin C & E - My New Favorite Facial Serum

Before I begin, let me give you a background of my skin type:
  • Very sensitive with Atopic dermatitis (Skin asthma)
  • Acne-prone
  • Uneven skin tone
  • Combination to oily (Depends on the weather/ temperature)
Here's a photo of my facial skin before I used the serum:

So finding a facial moisturizer that will agree with my skin type is quite tricky. I tried different brands, even name brands such as Cetaphil, Neutrogena, Kiehl's, but I always ended up breaking out. Plus, I have skin asthma, so I tend to get rashes if the skin product has harsh ingredients that don't agree with my skin. But as we all have read or heard, even people with combination to oily skin need a facial moisturizer since soaps, toners and other facial products that we use can strip our skin of its natural oils, which can make us prone to skin infections such as bacterial and fungal infections.

Good thing, my dermatologist introduced me to her own brand of anti-oxidant and nourishing serum. Take note, it's a serum. She told me that serums are ideal for people who tend to get oily and clogged pores since unlike creams and lotions, serums don't have a lot of sticky substances that stay on your skin and make you break out. So this is ideal for me. Plus, it's an anti-oxidant with Vitamin C, which also doubles as a skin brightener/ lightener.

Fast forward to 5 months after using the serum, here's a photo of my facial skin:

My friends said that my skin is glowing, plus I noticed some of the blotchiness of my face have decreased. And another good thing is, I don't break out as much. My dermatologist said that it's because the anti-oxidant content of the serum also helped in renewing my skin so aside from evening out my skin tone, there's less clogging of my pores.

My verdict: CorDerm Vitamin Nourishing  Serum with Vitamin C & E is a great moisturizing and skin brightening serum for acne-prone, sensitive, combination to oily skin with uneven skin tone. Highly recommended!

Stella Nude by Stella McCartney - My New Favorite Summer Scent

Went to the mall the other day in search of my summer scent. I wanted something with some floral and vanilla notes but not too sweet nor too heavy. I tried the Stella Nude by Stella McCartney after trying some other scents and I instantly fell in love with it. It opens with a subtle rose with a hint of grapefruit. It has heart notes of peony with a hint of vanilla and amber. It's a very clean, pretty and feminine scent. My only complaint is that I have to reapply it after 4 hours or so. Otherwise, I would keep on putting this on and would repurchase. If you are into feminine, floral scents that are light and not too heavy, then this perfume is for you.

My verdict: Great light floral scent for summer. Highly recommended!

Skinplexin Lotion - A Review

I mentioned about my stretch mark treatment in my previous post. I would like to add another essential factor to the improvement of my stretch marks - Skinplexin lotion. This was introduced to me by my dermatologist. On my last treatment session, I told my dermatologist that I'm planning to have that time as the last carboxytherapy session since I'm scared to have to go through the injections procedures already. So she said that since my stretch marks have significantly improved, I can apply Skinplexin lotion everyday for at least twice a day to hasten the improvement of my stretch marks. I do think that it really helped with my stretch marks.

I also recommended it to my cousin who just delivered her first baby in September last year and she said that it lessened her stretch marks. These are her stretch marks in November last year:

After 6 months of use, her tummy now looks this way:

She didn't undergo any other procedures. Thus, Skinplexin lotion works!

My verdict: Skinplexin lotion can be a good treatment option for stretch marks. Highly recommended!

My Brother's Acne Scar Treatment

Acne scars can be very disfiguring and embarrassing. My brother suffered from it, but not anymore. So many people have asked me how my brother's acne scars were treated.

Before I give you a rundown on his treatment process, here is his before treatment photo:

Well, it doesn't look good, huh? He went to several dermatologists and wasn't happy with the results, so he asked me if I can refer him to my dermatologist, so I accompanied him to her clinic. My dermatologist told him that since his scars were deep and his pores were quite big, he needs a series of treatments. First, he would undergo series of Subcision (using a special needle to release the deep scars from being tethered underneath the skin) and CROSS technique (using a chemical peel to increase skin repair in deep scars). Then he would undergo series of fractional laser resurfacing then fractional needling. It took almost a year before he finished all those treatments, but it was all worth it.

Check out his after treatment photo:

Well, everyone who hasn't seen him for at least a year was surprised at how much better his skin looked compared to before. But it wasn't really easy. There were times when he got depressed because of the downtime that he had to experience right after the procedures. So the whole process is not for the faint of heart. But as they say, "No pain, no gain." It's not easy, but it's all worth it. :)

My dermatologist's contact details:
